PRESIDENT Chain Store (Labuan) Holdings Ltd. bought 7,678,420 common shares in Philippine Seven Corp. (SEVN). It bought 6,578,420 PhilSeven common shares at P85 per share on Sept. 01, 2021 and 1.1 million common shares at P85 per share on Sept. 15, 2021. The sale of 7,678,420 common shares by Philippine Seven increased the holdings of Labuan Holdings to 415,105,327 common shares, or 53.86 percent, from 407,426,907 common shares, or 54,88 percent. The Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) says Philippine Seven has 756,418,283 outstanding SEVN common shares, with P1 par value.

Erramon I Aboitiz is one of the nine directors of Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. (AEV). He bought 31,049 AEV common shares and 20,256 common shares at P49.60 per share on Sept. 30, 2021. His purchases increased his indirect ownership to 78,075,387 AEV common shares, or 1.387 percent, from 78,024,082 common shares, or 1.385 percent. AEV, according to the PSE, has 5,630,225,457 outstanding common shares with P1 par value.

Monde Nissin Corp. (MONDE), according to its public ownership report (POR) as of Sept. 30, 2021 and posted on the PSE on Oct. 05, 2021, has 17,968,611,496 outstanding common shares with P0.50 par value. Of Monde Nissin’s outstanding POR common shares, nine directors directly owned 10,743,438,200 common shares, and indirectly held 622,000 common shares, for a total of or 23.457 percent. (Monde Nissin’s indirectly owned common shares totaling 622,000 common shares belong to Delfin L. Lazaro, who owned 370,000 common shares and Nina Perpertua D. Aguas as holder of 252,000 common shares. In addition, Lazaro also directly owned 370,002 common MONDE shares while Aguas directly held two common shares. The company’s POR also named two individuals as principal stockholders. They are Hartono Kweefanus, who directly owned 4,214,244,600 common MONDE shares, and Betty T. Ang, who directly held 3,265,920,000 common shares, for total holdings of 7,480,164,600 common MONDE shares, or 41.629 percent.

The POR, as of June 30, 2021 and posted on the PSE on July 05, 2021, placed at 4,250,547,620 outstanding common shares with par value of P1 of Semirara Mining & Power Corp. (SCC). The PSE carries the outstanding common shares at 4,250,547,620 shares, the same as the number in SCC’s POR. However, SCC listed 4,264,609,290 common shares, the same as issued common shares. This means these outstanding common shares exceeds that of POR’s outstanding common shares by 14,061,670 common shares, which it did.

Supercity Realty Development Corp. (SRDC) has seven directors with Ferdinand Soliman as chairman, according to the PSE. He is also the president of the company, with directly owned 12.15 million common SRDC shares and 5 million common shares (indirect), for total holdings of 17.15 million common shares, or 15.59 percent of outstanding 110 million common SRDC shares. The other six directors, along with their direct and indirect ownerships, were Mylene T. Lim, 10.85 million common (direct) shares and 7.15 million common shares, for a total of 18 million common shares; Noric T. Ng, 3 million common shares; Liza S. Niedo, Roseller C. Anacito, Emelita Mangosing, and Fernando Mamuyac, 10,000 common shares each. Two of the seven directors also indirectly owned common shares. They were Mangosing and Mamuyac with indirectly owned 10,000 common shares each. Supercity attributed to the public stockholders their ownership of 53.78 million common shares, or 48.89 percent.

MREIT Inc. has 2,532,121,381 outstanding common shares, with P1 par value, which are listed, according to the Philippine Stock Exchange. Of the outstanding and listed common shares, according to MREIT Inc. as of Sept. 30, 2021, the following are the company’s stockholders: Mesaworld Corp., 2,522,120,381 common shares, or 99.61 percent; MREIT Property Managers Inc., NONE; MREIT Fund Managers Inc., NONE; Kevin Andrew L. Tan, director and president, 9.995 million, or 0.39 percent; Francisco C. Canuto, chairman of the seven-man board, 1,000 common shares; Katherine L. Tan, 1,000 common shares; Lourdes T. Gutierrez-Alfonso, 1,000 common shares; Jesus V. Varela, 1,000 common shares; Sergio R. Ortiz-Luis, 1,000 common shares; Antonio E. Llantada, officer but not mentioned among officers, 1,000 common shares; Givanni C. Ng, None; Maria Carla T. Uykim, None; Cheryll B. Sereno, None; and Dave Michael V. Valeriano, None.

Premium Leisure Corp. is the No. 1 stockholder of Pacific Online Systems Corp. (LOTO). It holds 448,560,806 common shares, or 50.10 percent. LOTO has nine directors, chaired by Willy N. Ocer, who owned 71,819,550 common shares (direct) and 8,983,950 common shares, for total holdings of 80,803,500 common shares, or 9.03 percent. He is also the president of LOTO. As the president, his direct and indirect ownerships were lifted from LOTO’s POR as of July 13, 2021.
