WASHINGTON (Reuters) -U.S. President Joe Biden mentioned on Friday that Russian President Vladimir Putin has clearly dedicated war crimes and the International Felony Court’s (ICC) decision to issue an arrest warrant for him was justified.
The ICC before on Friday named for Putin’s arrest on suspicion of unlawful deportation of young children and unlawful transfer of individuals from Ukraine to Russia considering that Moscow’s invasion commenced of its neighbor final 12 months. The United States is not a member of the ICC.
“He is clearly fully commited war crimes,” Biden advised reporters, referring to Putin.
