A magnitude 6.7 earthquake struck Ecuador on Saturday, harmful roads, leveling buildings, and killing at least 4 people today.
The quake struck the coastal Guyas location at all around noon, the US Geological Survey noted. Its epicenter was situated roughly 80km (50 miles) south of Guayaquil, the country’s next-major city.
Authorities claimed a single demise in the city of Cuenca, which is positioned inland to the east of the epicenter.
